The most popular esports will be covered both in-play and pre match. CSGO, League of Legends and Dota 2 among others and will give Italian punters a decent taste of this thriving new betting sport.

Snai will become the first Italian bookmaker to offer esports betting in Italy. Betradar have the ability to supply a top level service for Snai giving them stats galore, plenty of markets and even a dedicated esports live channel thanks to their relationship with ESL.

Recent trends in esports betting volume is showing year on year double growth so as Snai CEO rightly states ‘no bookmaker can fail to ignore esports betting’ as it’s a vital additional to any existing sportsbook.

Further esports betting licences are due to be issued in due course as Italy’s gambling regulator is keen to capitalise on this growing sport. To assist in regulating esports betting they have asked for operators to share information which will be a key partnership to keep this activity legal and fair for Italian players.
